5. Sales Terms

Prices: quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Ex-works China unless CIF/FOB specified.
Payment: 30% T/T deposit + 70% against B/L copy, or 100% L/C at sight.
Delivery: lead time confirmed at order stage. Force majeure exceptions apply.
Warranty: product spec guaranteed per COA at time of shipment. Buyer responsible for proper storage after receipt.
Claims: quality claims must be lodged within 30 days of arrival with supporting evidence (photos, third-party test).

All content on this Site — text, images, product photos, articles, logos, layouts — is the property of Shilan Chemical or its licensors. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission, except for:
