SDIC (Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate) dissolves fast (2-3 min in 25 °C water) with a neutral pH (6.5-7.0), making it ideal for shock dosing and drinking-water treatment. TCCA (Trichloroisocyanuric Acid) dissolves slowly (30-60 min for a 200 g tablet) and releases chlorine steadily for 5-7 days, which suits swimming-pool and long-cycle disinfection. Available chlorine differs too: SDIC 56-60% vs TCCA 90%.
Under sealed original packaging and dry storage below 30 °C, TCCA tablets have a shelf life of 2 years and SDIC has 3 years. Active-chlorine loss is typically less than 1% per year when kept away from direct sunlight, moisture, and reducing agents such as ammonia or organic matter.
Standard MOQ is 1000 kg (1 metric ton) for stock items in 25 kg drums. For 1000 kg jumbo bags MOQ is 5 tons, and for custom OEM packaging (labels, colors, bottle size) MOQ is 5 tons per SKU. Full container loads (25 t in a 20'FCL) receive the best per-kg pricing.
Yes. A batch-specific COA (Certificate of Analysis) is issued with every shipment covering active chlorine, moisture, pH, and appearance. MSDS is available in English, Spanish, Russian, French, and Arabic. Third-party test reports from SGS or Intertek can be arranged prior to shipment for an additional inspection fee.
We work under FOB (Tianjin/Qingdao/Shanghai), CIF (any major destination port), CFR, and DAP. Payment: 30% T/T advance + 70% against B/L copy, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight. Small-order buyers may pay 100% T/T with PayPal or Alibaba Trade Assurance for orders under USD 5 000.
Yes. We provide up to 500 g of SDIC or TCCA in original 25 kg drum split-packaging free of charge; the buyer only covers the international courier fee (typically USD 40-60 via DHL/FedEx). Sample lead time is 1-2 business days after payment of the courier fee.
Our export packaging uses UV-blocking HDPE drums with sealed aluminium liners and desiccant packs. Container temperature is monitored during summer shipments to the Middle East, West Africa, and South-East Asia. Active-chlorine loss during a 45-day sea voyage is typically below 1.5%.
